What we collect

Find My Car Wash has no accounts and no sign-up. We do not ask for your name, email address or phone number, and the site sets no advertising or tracking cookies today.

Your location

If you tap “Use my current location”, your browser asks for permission first. Your position is used on your own device to sort car washes by distance. It is not sent to us or stored.

Maps and outside links

Listing pages load a map from OpenStreetMap, and links for directions and business websites open Google Maps or the business's own site. Those services see your request and have their own privacy policies.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard logs of requests, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Changes

If we add analytics or advertising, this page will be updated to say what is collected and by whom before it goes live.
